I’ll start this by saying – I should have known better.
I went into the kitchen with the intention of making instant mashed potatoes and vegetarian brown gravy. That’s what I wanted. Then i noticed the rolls that I’d bought last week. Figure if I don’t just go ahead and make them, they’ll end up molding. Maybe I should include something in this marketing article about not letting your marketing campaign go stale
Now dinner was up to mashed potatoes, gravy and rolls.
The yellow on the cans of corn caught my eye from the pantry “hmm corn goes well with mashed potatoes…”
Then I opened the freezer. Why did I do that? I have no idea
“hmmm broccoli would be good… ooh and shells and cheese go well with broccoli!” Maybe I could put something along the lines of “types of marketing that go well with articles”
Back to the pantry, “yup, we have shells and cheese… I’m surprised.”
“Should probably make Patrick and Jeff something too since everything else is vegetarian… salisbury steak with gravy.. that’ll keep them from eating all of my vegetarian gravy.”
So what started out as mashed potatoes and gravy ended up being a huge meal
I was distracted by thoughts of the articles I’m writing today and hungry!
Never go into the kitchen under those circumstances
